ES777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the ES777 platform, including the website at es777.plus, the ES777 Android and iOS apps, and any related services. By accessing or using any part of the ES777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you accept them as binding.

ES777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms should be read alongside the ES777 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ES777.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use ES777, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ES777 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by local law.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed. If you use the ES777 mobile app, you are responsible for the security of the device on which it is installed. Enabling biometric login adds a layer of protection, but the security of your device remains your responsibility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ES777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

ES777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a pending verification requirement, if fraud prevention checks are ongoing, or if the account has active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met. In such cases, ES777 will inform you of the reason and the steps required to resolve the situation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ES777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are presented to you before you claim the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the terms attached to it.

Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes available for withdrawal. Key points that apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

ES777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a manifest error in the odds has occurred.

Bet settlement follows the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ES777. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in any game or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using ES777 to process funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction placed on your account, including self-exclusion.
• Providing false information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Systematically exploiting promotions or bonuses in a way that is not consistent with genuine recreational play.

ES777 uses monitoring tools to detect unusual activity. If prohibited conduct is suspected, ES777 may freeze your account pending investigation without prior notice. Where confirmed, the account will be closed permanently and any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

8. Privacy and Data

ES777 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, communicate with you about your account, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. ES777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account data — including transaction history, bet history, and bonus history — is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure, in accordance with standard record-keeping practices. 9. Responsible Gaming

ES777 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Gaming should be enjoyable and within your means. If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, ES777 provides several tools to help you manage your activity.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session reminders: Set time alerts that notify you of how long you have been active in a single session.
• Cool-off period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during which your account will be inaccessible.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a longer break, you can self-exclude your account for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be used and cannot be reopened early.

Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

If your account is closed by ES777 as a result of a Terms violation, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the severity and nature of the violation. ES777 will inform you of the reason for closure and the outcome for any funds held.

11. Limitation of Liability

ES777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free operation, ES777 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors or interruptions.

ES777 shall not be held liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from: platform downtime or technical failures, delays in transaction processing caused by payment providers, errors in third-party data feeds used for sports bet settlement, or actions taken by you in response to information displayed on the platform.

ES777's maximum liability to you in connection with any single incident or claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

ES777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ES777 will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date shown at the top.
